STUDIO POLICIES & FEES<\/span><\/h2>\n

1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Enrollment for 10 months<\/strong>: September \u2013 June.\u00a0 Summer Classes: July\u00a0 \u2013 August.\u00a0 If a child withdraws from a class, the parent is still responsible for that monthly installment, along with any unpaid costumes, shoes etc.<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cancellation Policy:<\/strong> Any cancellations will not be taken over the phone.\u00a0 Must come in to cancel.<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Monthly tuition<\/strong> is non-refundable and is due on the 1st of every month. If your installment is received after the 10th of the month, your account will be assessed a $25 late fee. There is a $35 fee for all returned checks. Sibling discounts are available. If you choose to pay your tuition in full upon registration, we offer a 10% discount.<\/p>\n

4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Under Enrollment<\/strong>. Any class with less than 5 students will be cancelled or merged with another class.<\/p>\n

5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Communicating with Instructors.<\/strong> If you have a question about dance studio or your child, please do not ask instructors during or in-between classes. Please see Mr. Nelson at an appropriate hour and he will be more than happy to help you with any questions.<\/p>\n

6.\u00a0 Holiday Showcase and Annual Recital:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a01. Only solo\/duo performers can participate in Winter Showcase. Spring Recital will be in June, date to be posted. Costumes must be paid by December 1st. \u00a0For ordered costumes \u2013 no refunds or size changes.\u00a0 Any alterations needed are the parent\u2019s responsibility.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Tap, Lyrical, Ballet class: Black leotard\/ t-shirt, matching skirt\/pants\/leggins, tap or ballet shoes, hair in a bun<\/p>\n

Fusion \/ Hip Hop class:\u00a0 Red\/grey\/Black T-shirts (color depends on age group), jazz\/hip hop shoes, all available at SWD store; for girls – black leggings or shorts, hair in a bun, for boys \u2013 black athletic pants<\/p>\n
